Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities- Conduct research and sourcing of new suppliers- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies- Monitor inventory movement and quantity, and reorder as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels- Track orders and ensure that goods are received on time and in proper condition- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations, sources, suppliers' information and documentations- Negotiate pricing based on market movements and budgeting goals- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs and specifications- Assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.*- **Requirements**:- Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel- Language: Chinese, English, Bahasa- Fresh graduated are welcome to applyPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
