Purchasing Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm orders, and track deliveries.
Maintain and update records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damaged goods.
Prepare and generate reports on procurement activities for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
