Position: Purchasing Assistant (Operations/Construction & Engineering) – Up to $3800 + AWS Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT) Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm AND 1 Saturday per month Half Day Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave Duration: Permanent Responsibilities: Responsible to raise Purchase Orders/Requisition form Maintain and update Purchase Orders data Sourcing of Products Data entry Goods Receipt Notes into the system Establish good relationship with suppliers, ensure lead times are met and expedite outstanding orders Setting up inventory system with creation of product code, product number Establishing products costing and pricelist, working closely with Sales team Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head Requirements: Minimum Nitec in relevant studies Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
