Purchasing Clerk

Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Out stock request by all department- Rounding checking all storage place to make sure stock in proper place- Purchased product from supplier- Prepare product for delivery- Checking online order (daily)- Daily costing all invoice received- Review quality of purchased products (check expired date and etc)- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices- Prepare reports on purchases- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed- Ensure stock in proper storage- Checking & count stock (daily & monthly)- Received goods from supplier**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonusApplication Question(s):- ARE YOU IN IPOH ?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
