Purchasing Clerk

1) Record all received pin code received from both supplier and storefront to the internal Excel database.Ensure the data entry is accurate before uploading to server.2) Assist in card purchasing for users in Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.3) Update daily purchase record for API system and CN direct topup4) Submit orders to get approval from the department or from the in-charge personnel.5) Prepare accurate and complete cards purchase orders.**; Requirements**:- At least 1 year of working experience- Possess at least SPM / STPM certificate- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal communication)- Have basic knowledge of using computer and Excel.- Accuracy - Meeting the highest standard of accuracy.- Attention to detail - Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.- Follow up - Ability ko keep tracking the issues and make sure the issues have been settled.- Forecasting skills - Ability to make accurate predictions about the future- Interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate, build relationships and work well with others.- Problem solving - Ability to solve problems in an effective and timely manner without any impediments.- Quick typing skills - Able to typing fast and accuracy without looking at the keys.
