Purchasing Clerk

Responsible to source, negotiate and order construction materials.- Responsible to maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.- Responsible to generate, review, and follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules and payments with finance team.- Responsible in managing schedule changes, cancellations and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.- Responsible to evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the specifications required for the project.- Responsible to source, obtain pricing/quotation from supplier and able to do pricing comparison during tender stage.- Responsible to maintain good record of files and documentation (purchase orders, contracts, etc.)- Responsible to monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.- Responsible in renewing company license. (CIDB, MBSP & etc.)- Responsible in renewing factory work permit. (HIRACH, SIPP& etc.)- Responsible to undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Job Requirement**- No experience is required.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word- Self-motivated, able to work independently.- Internship is available.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Simpang Ampat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
