Purchasing Execuive(Mandarin Speaking)

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Initiate purchase requisition on low balance stock.
Prepare purchase orders in Autocount system based on details given by suppliers.
Source and obtain quotations from different suppliers for price and specification comparison.
Negotiate with supplier for cost savings initiative.
Liaise with supplier on estimated time of arrival and follow up on status of delivery.
Check stock quantity given by store/warehousing/other teams before ordering.
Advise stock availability to wholesale department.
Key-in stock adjustments/movements into SiteGiant system.
Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
Fluent in Mandarin reading and speaking is a must for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
