Purchasing Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Liaises with key performance and contracting activities including pre-qualification, tender- management, negotiation and preparation of contracts.- Delivering commercial and cost effective procuring process or the business.- Provide periodic reporting for management on purchasing, controls and processes.- Handling procurement related activities.- To ensure practices are carried out diligently and with integrity, in accordance to the available policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- Knowledge of current technical guidelines and standards.- Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.- Minimum 2-3 years related experience in shopping center management.- Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.- Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of human relation skills.- Flexible and quick in uptake to understand local trends, environment, and habits.- PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.- Able to meet and find ways to overcome challenges.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English & Mandarin (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Malacca City (required)Ability to Relocate:- Malacca City: Relocate before starting work (required)
