Responsibilities:In charge of purchasing activities including issuing POs, negotiating with suppliers, and document preparation.
Ensure correct materials are ordered and delivered in accordance with the agreed price and specifications.
Responsible for supplier selection and continuous cost reduction.
Ensure on-time deliveries and quality performance of suppliers.
Ensure purchasing processes are in compliance with the company's policies.
Other ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Deliver and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and oversee suppliers' on-time delivery and quality performance.
Ensure all purchased goods meet the specified requirements and specifications.
Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Supply Chain related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Familiar with the procurement process, with good market analysis and supplier management skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and communication ability, able to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers.
Good team player, self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive with high integrity.
Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
