Purchasing Executive

**Responsibilities**:In charge of all purchasing needs: plan, issue and follow up on Purchase Orders, delivery planning and shipment schedulesMaterial planning to ensure safety stock level is kept at all time for productionCommunicate and coordinate with suppliers from Local (Malaysia) & Overseas (e.g Thailand, China)Create purchase orders from requisitionsPrepare weekly / monthly material stock reportLiaise with freight forwarder on shipment delivery schedulePrepare Import shipments shipping documentsEffective communication with internal team, i.e. Sales, Production, Design and Inventory departmentsUndertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned**Job Requirements**:Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
