Purchasing Executive

Job ResponsibilityResponsible for all purchasing tasks.Vendor code creation and upload photo.Responsible for sourcing, quotations, price negotiation, and delivery of products.Responsible for cost comparison, negotiation, credit terms, cost saving, and vendor evaluation activities.To issue purchase order to local & oversea supplier.To issue all relevant documents for purchasing & inventory transaction (eg, ITN, GRN, Damage Note, etc).Product Price List update (if any).Send new arrival list to sales team.Follow-up delivery with purchase order from supplier.Data entries of all relevant goods for stock inventory and trace ability purpose.Check stock records and quantity order and latest pricing.Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U/Diploma in relevant field.Required Language(s): Mandarin , English and Bahasa MalaysiaPreferable candidate who can read & write Mandarin .At least two (2) yearsâ experience in related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office will be an advantage.Knowledge in Auto-count will be an added advantageCandidate must be an initiative, self-motivated and good attitude person.Job BenifitsFlexible to clock inOpen cultureProfessional career development
