To perform day to day purchasing activities through Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order. Prepare, issue and track orders and ensure timely delivery to store and various project sites. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Indirect material - sourcing, request for quotation, negotiation, price evaluation and supplier selection. Shipment arrangement and liaison with authority (related to purchased items/services). Periodical supplier evaluation and contract review accordingly to Company's policies and procedures. Support the ISO Compliance Team in maintaining and improving quality management systems. Liaise with Finance Department to arrange payment if the term is full / partial pre-payment. Any other duties associated with the position deem necessary from time to time. Job Requirements: Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Graduate, preferably in related fields. (i.e Procurement, logistic, business admin, accounting etc..) Hands-on experience with purchasing and stock modules of accounting or GERP software is a plus. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. Good experience in shipping arrangement and custume documentation. Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills. Computer literate with MS Word and Excel. Experience: Preferably with 2-4 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduate with relevant degree, i.e. business admin, procurement, logistic, supply chain management, etc. will be considered.
