Purchasing Executive

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to procurement.Assist in preparing budgets and tracking purchasing expenses.Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.Source and evaluate skincare products from suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to maximize profitability.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new product opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demand and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.  Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in distribution or the FMCG skincare/cosmetics industry.Strong negotiation skills and ability to foster effective vendor relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and purchasing or inventory management software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
