Job Description:
Source, evaluate and procure a wide range of supplies including food, beverages, equipment, and materials for restaurant and banquet hall operations.Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing and delivery schedules.Work collaboratively with the culinary team to understand their ingredient and equipment requirements, ensuring timely delivery of items.Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery details.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen and event management teams to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and procurement activitiesParticipate in cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of procurement strategies and operational improvements.
