Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals to optimize costs and improve quality.
Identify, evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability and competitive pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards and legal requirements.
Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective measures.
Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to meet production needs while controlling costs.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and assist in evaluating new suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
Process purchase orders, track deliveries and ensure that materials are received on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information and contracts.
