Purchasing & Order Management
Execute the purchasing process by creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and fulfill their needs.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Cost Management & Budgeting
Monitor procurement expenditure to ensure alignment with budget constraints.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
Review pricing strategies and negotiate contracts for cost reduction.
Inventory Control
Collaborate with inventory management to track stock levels and forecast needs.
Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions and regular stock audits.
Avoid stockouts and overstock situations by maintaining optimum levels.
Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to secure favorable contracts and terms.
Draft and review procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Generate and maintain procurement reports for tracking performance and decision-making.
Required QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to assess supplier capabilities and manage relationships.
High-level organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
