Responsibilities
• Coordinate new products and reordering process• Conduct market surveys for price comparison• Source new suppliers• Negotiate price, quantities, and delivery time scales• Monitor warehouse and stores inventory• Ensure timely delivery of goods by suppliers• Match invoices and goods received before payment• Maintain good communication and problem-solving skills• Work independently with minimum supervision
Requirements
• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia• Must be able to speak and read Mandarin as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers• Computer literate• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field• Good communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
