Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
1.Identify and select vendors to procure products meeting criteria of price, quality, availability and delivery date.
2.Negotiate with vendors to secure the most cost-effective and timely delivery.
3.Review, evaluate and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance.
4.Review, monitor prepare and perform-database maintenance, report & record, accuracy of procurement activities, cost analysis.
5. Work with team members to monitor and optimize stocks level, ensure to keep just enough stocks.
6. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
7. Performing inventory inspection and reordering supplies and stock when necessary.
8. Maintain professional and proactive communication with all department staff, internal and external parties.
9. Analyze, identify and implement action plans to improve logistics process effectiveness and efficiency.
10. Take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Business
• 3+ years of working experience in manufacturing industry would be a great advantage.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
