Purchasing Executive

The Purchasing Executive excels in mathematics, possesses knowledge of the bakery industry, and has experience in managing overseas shipping operations.
In this role, you will: Replenish Stock Monitoring stock level and identifying purchasing needs. Track orders and ensure timely delivery Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including preparing reports, analyzing data, and assisting in the development of procurement strategies. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards. Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation of procurement transactions. Handle overseas shipping and order. Have knowledge in bakery products is advantages.
