Purchasing Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesEvaluate suppliers' quotations based on price, lead time, and product quality standards.
Negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to get a favorable price and terms.
Prepare the Purchase Order that meets ALL the requirements and revert to the clients.
Be responsible for logistic arrangements such as liaising with manufacturers, vendors, freight forwarders, shipping companies, transportation companies, and customs necessary for delivery arrangement.
Check and execute all Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs).
Monitor and control the purchasing process.
Liaise with the accounting department to arrange payment if the term is full/partial pre-payment.
