Purchasing Executive

Vendor Management:Identify potential vendors and establish long-term relationships with them.
Process Orders:Process purchase orders promptly to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Order Tracking:Track and follow up on orders to ensure smooth production processes.
Price Negotiation:Negotiate prices and benchmarks to justify purchases.
Documentation:Process goods received notes (GRN) and other necessary documents to close files within the same month.
Inventory Management:Maintain and monitor appropriate stock levels for standard products.
Other Tasks:Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of working in the procurement and purchasing fields.
Applicants must possess at least a Diploma or higher in relevant fields.
Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Experience in handling overseas purchases is an added advantage.
Proficient in production systems such as MES, Autocount, and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
