Purchasing Executive

Responsible for Vendor Management and Pricing negotiationManage overseas shipping arrangement (CTW Century System)Arrange payment to China/ Taiwan suppliers (CTW Century System/Yunda Express)Sourcing and obtaining quotation from suppliers (at least 2 or 3 years experiences) and check the pricing, lead time, quality, service and negotiation with supplier.Follow up delivery date, make sure orders no delay.Update and inform planner or requestor all the parts delivery date and shipment status.Follow up with supplier for reject, defect, shortage, or warranty claim parts.
Make sure claim back the parts, and update to related person.Job Requirements:Min 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Supply Chain or any relevant field.We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking vendors.Required skill(s): Microsoft OfficeGood negotiation skills and a positive attitude.Preferably candidates specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.Fresh graduates from relevant studies with the right attitude and keen to learn may be considered.This is a full-time position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
