Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities:Request quotation from suppliers and tabulate the costing comparison.
Prepare and issue purchase orders/contracts in accordance with procurement specifications.
Negotiate material price/cost down activity.
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers and resolve any arising issues.
Assist in physical inventory activity.
Evaluate potential suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality, and their ability to meet the needs of the organization.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Perform any other functions assigned by immediate superior and above.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
Required Skill(s): Computer skills, literacy in Microsoft Office, communication.
Willing to travel for work purposes.
Good verbal and written communication skills inChinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia .
