Purchasing Executive

**Job Requirement**- Develop high-quality suppliers and enhance product competitiveness- Company's procurement work, including: inquiry, price comparison, signing of procurement contracts, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary- Connecting with suppliers, handling problems arising from raw material quality or supply, and properly resolving them- Collecting, investigating, analyzing and evaluating market dynamic information, and providing timely feedback- Other related work assigned by leadership**Qualifications**- Proficient in Malay, English, Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing)- Applicants with extensive experience in fresh food distribution industry/catering raw material procurement will be given priority- Proficient in using computer office software and search engines to find useful information efficiently- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and coordination skills
