Purchasing Executive

Responsible to assist in setting specifications criteria for purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, chemicals and other materials.Follow up on evaluation results such as quality, cost, delivery and financial status of the respective company.Responsible on all record keeping concerning customer sales and material purchased.Issue Purchase Order, Supplier Corrective Action Request for non-conforming product.Liaise with related departments to ensure sufficiency of materials.Meet with suppliers for discussion over pricing, quality and to ensure prompt deliveries.Arrange for return of damaged goods to supplier.Involve in supplier performance evaluation program.To undertake any special assignments and related duties to any branch/subsidiary within the Group as when required by CEO.Responsible for compliance to all HACCP and food safety requirement.Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
