Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibility
Processing devices warranty claims.
Verifying the manufacturer's/supplier's criteria.
Compiling related documents for warranty claims, liaising with related manufacturer/supplier, following up, and authorizing all warranty claims.
Following up on claims to ensure the Company obtains prompt payment/CN.
Following up on pre-authorization applications for contentious cases, liaising with related manufacturer/supplier, and ensuring all cases are completed within the time frame.
Identifying and following up on exceptional cases that require special agreements with the manufacturer/supplier.
Analyzing claims denied by the manufacturer/supplier and re-submitting if applicable or obtaining approval from a superior to cancel the said claim.
Working closely with outlets/operations team on warranty claim issues.
Processing purchase orders, goods receiving & stock transfer as procurement daily job tasks.
Able to plan ahead on new purchases, repeat orders & replenishment of stock.
Other tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, or any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh grads are also encouraged to apply.
Preferably candidates who specialize in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Good communication skills and language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be computer literate.
Experience in full set of stock management.
