Purchasing Executive

In planning, direct and control group purchase activities in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to growth objectives.
Descriptions:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Key in all invoice / DO received by outlet (GRN) to the QnE system as per time line.
Daily monitoring on outlet cash sales bank status & update summary.
Checking & update petty cash claim summary from each outlet/Area manager.
Consistently up-date all changes relating to Price, UOM, Product Description and Vendor details in QnE system and Master List bi-monthly.
Continuously source for alternative supply for better price / cost saving.
Food Cost purchase analysis before proceed with the ordering.
Ensure outlet purchase at KPI level and notify manager if the purchase is above the KPI.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of experience in a purchasing position.
Previous retail experience recommended.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
