Responsibilities:Clarify the development needs of suppliers, identify and evaluate potential suppliers, develop qualified suppliers according to the development process and introduce them in a timely manner;
Responsible for the capacity planning of machining supplier resources and the daily maintenance of new supplier relationships;
Output and execute development plans and strategies for each business unit around the goals of cost, supply assurance, and quality;
Responsible for the pre-management and resource reserve of new business units or new projects;
Complete organizational goals and other tasks assigned by superiors.
Assist on daily operational purchasing needs.
Liaise with suppliers on price negotiation and payment terms.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all factory raw material are supplied and delivered in accordance with the quantity and specification.
Job Requirements:Diploma or above, manufacturing or engineering background preferred.
Have a certain understanding of supplier evaluation process, price negotiation and supplier relationship management.
Proficient in the use of office software and system.
Have good professional ethics, communication skills, negotiation skills, high subjective initiative, and strong execution.
