Job Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating PO contracts and purchasing goods and services.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
Track and follow up on PO to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to identify purchasing needs.
Perform any other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma and above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or any related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in handling procurement processes, supplier management and negotiation skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel for data analysis).
