Purchasing Executive

**Job description**- Work to coordinate the purchase of products and materials on behalf of an organization.- Conduct market research to determine where to find the best quality materials and products for the best prices.- Build and maintain relationships with vendors in order to ensure their organization always has a source for necessary products.- Handle administrative duties relating to purchases, including tracking orders and ensuring records are kept up to date.- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs- Build and maintain business relationships with suppliers- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition- Track orders and ensure timely delivery- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills- Good numerical skills and decisive- Computer literate- Medical Claim & PA Insurance- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent- Fluent in **English and Mandarin **(Spoken & Writing)- Female- Working Time:Monday - Friday : 09.00 a.m - 06.00 p.m**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)- Stocking: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
