**Purchasing Executive**Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pmWorking Days: Monday - FridayBasic Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,300Location: EMZI Holding Sdn Bhd, SP Plaza, Sungai Petani**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the availability of materials for the production department at all times.- Plan, monitor, and control inventory levels by taking into consideration turnover, sales, and price fluctuations- Use the best purchasing strategies by taking into consideration business needs at all levels, and at same time negotiating the best terms for the benefit of the company- Assist the purchasing manager to draw out purchasing plans based on product forecasts- Maintain proper and complete documentation of purchases and usage- Prepare monthly stock statements and physical stock verification**Requirements**:- High level of integrity and meticulousness- Strong people skills with pleasant personality- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
