Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Research, compare & evaluate potential supplier.- Responsible for sourcing, selecting & negotiating with supplier for the best pricing while maintain the highest level of quality, reliability and services.- Updating shipping schedule, liaise with transporter/forwarding agent on shipping schedule.- Full spectrum of purchasing process by generating of Purchase Order.- Negotiate with supplier and meet operation schedule and lead time.- Maintain and update purchasing record, supplier database and related documentation.- Responsible for material planning and inventory control.- Any other duties as deemed fit by the management- Ensure ISO requirement and documentation are properly maintained.**REQUIREMENTS**- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word- Good command of spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Knowledge or ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus
