**PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING) - TAMAN PERNIAGAAN SETIA****Job Scope (Brief)**- Procure products which are essential for the company's day-to-day operations.**Job Scope (Detailed)**- Source for quotations and evaluate the offers from suppliers.- Issue purchase orders to suppliers.- Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of purchased products.- Perform goods received note in accounting system for delivered products.- Maintain updated records (eg. delivery orders and invoices) of purchased products.- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.**Salary**- RM2,000 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)**Requirements**:- Female.- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred).- Proficiency in computer skills.- Work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.**Working Hours**- 8am to 6pm- 5.5 work days/week**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development
