Purchasing
Responsible for daily purchasing activities including issuance of Purchase Orders, movement and tracking of orders and delivery of orders on-time and accuratelySourcing of new materials, services, etc. Negotiate with new and existing vendors for cost savingWorking with the Production, Production Planning and Logistics team members to understand orders requirements, orders planning, delivery monitoring and fulfillmentMonitoring of suppliers' performances including conducting audits and visits when necessaryMaintain strong relationship with suppliers, vendors, shipping agents, transporters, etc.Maintain updated Purchasing documents and records in compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements Human Resource
Perform the overall Human Resource and Admin functions includes recruitment process, training and developments, orientation, etc.Managing employment documents pertaining to the entire employment life cycle for both local and foreigner staffs includingCoordination with external parties and authorities for foreign employment processing and applications, work passes, etc.Liaise with government agencies and authorities e.g. EPF, SOCSO, Immigration etc ensuring compliance to latest rules and regulationsOrganize and update personnel records and databases, as well as manage the employee personal files.Assist in the payroll process by providing relevant employee information.In charge of employee benefits such as medical claims and hospitalization, hostel management, etc..Involved in the Performance Management initiatives in compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949Involved in other HR and admin matters, as well as assigned projects.Any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.Must be willing to work in Rawang
