Purchasing

Researching new vendors and updating order records.- Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items.- Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers.- To ensure proper documentation and filing system.- To issue PN & PO for the products & services. Then, issue PO to supplier.- To monitor payment issuance to supplier.- Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery and pursue suppliers for undelivered goods.- Issue RA to users once goods received- To support other related purchasing activity.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,723.32 - RM3,944.16 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
