Qualifications & experience Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Details-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Experience in logistics and purchasing is compulsory.Communication Skills: Strong communication skill to effectively liaise with internal teams and suppliers.Good working attitudes, adaptability, responsible & collaboration. Tasks & responsibilities A) Strategic Sourcing & Procurement -Provide information for pricing and alternative proposals if required -Prompt sourcing and info of the products -You shall seek consent of the Director prior to confirmation of purchasesB) Inventory & Supply Chain Management -Processing Orders - SCO/PO/LA/LOC) Costing and Quotation - Director - Assist in calculation for materials, labor and logistics for the purpose of pricing for retail or projects. - Update current list price and inventory when necessary.D) Imports To monitor costing of materials which include material price, currency exchange and logistics cost that it always stays low and competitiveE) Technical Management and Problems solving - To assist in any circumstances to solve problems and technical issues related to purchases from principals and factory - To clarify drawings /cut list with project team, installer and factory if required. Benefits Working Time: Monday – Friday (10am – 7pm) & alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
