Job Scope: Develop, implement, organize, monitor, supervise, review and evaluate all purchasing & procurement activities and related vendors.Oversee purchasing and communication with vendors for school's items, equipment and facilities maintenance.Responsible for vendor management system involving supplier identification, selection and development, contract negotiation and execution, and supplier performance management.Continuous sourcing for new vendors, new alternative & competitive purchaseLead the purchasing team to achieve competitive material cost, good quality purchase and drive for continuous improvement process.Maintain and update all procedural documents and work instructions.Monitor, control, and ensure accurate inventory and accurate documentation.Assist in develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget for new or existing premises/center/school.Assist in oversee and direct new center/school set up projects from conceptual to completion. Including planning on pre-construction stage, liaison with consultant, direct/indirect material/furniture/layout plan, sourcing and purchase, and follow up with relevant vendor/ authority.
Job Qualification Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Business Studies / Administration / Management, or its equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience as Managerial role in purchasing/procurement/ supply chain field.Ability to adapt to various demands and expectations of a fast-growing company including thinking, planning, and acting/executing outside the box.Applicants must be willing to travel.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
