Main Mission: You actively participate in ESG strategy definition related to procurement and drive its implementation: o Attend and represent procurement function in the different ESG initiatives.
o Translate ESG initiatives into concrete procurement action plans.
o Inspire suppliers on their ESG journey.
You drive procurement excellence across the group in collaboration with global functions and key stakeholders: o Develop and implement global procurement, processes, and tools o Lead, coordinate and support procurement transversal activities and projects Key responsibilities Support the company to become a front runner on procurement ESG topics: - Be the procurement responsible person for all ESG topics within the group.
- Cooperate with the specialist departments, the relevant corporate functions and the regional leaders on various sustainability topics.
- Lead the definition and development of procurement key initiatives to achieve the net zero CO2 emissions by 2040.
- Identify business opportunities between the company and key stakeholders (internal and external) to reduce the environmental impact.
- Implement, drive and monitor ESG initiatives into the procurement strategy and ensure the spread towards global and local procurement functions.
Improve, develop and implement global procurement processes, and tools having the company's ESG ambitions as a key driver: - Be responsible to develop, create and maintain procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools, in collaboration with Regional and Global Functions integrating the ESG criteria.
- Drive, support and monitor global implementation of group template and procurement best practices, including training programs.
- Bring and integrate new concepts and trends in area of responsibility digitalization, procurement risk management, environmental and social impact .
- Lead transformation projects in procurement and with cross-functional teams (such as adopting new IT tool...) Lead, coordinate and support procurement transversal activities and projects: - Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, provide recommendations.
- Lead transversal initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Your profile: You are a sourcing and procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective processes and modern procurement tools at a global level.
You have excellent communication skills and are capable to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
You are service oriented, capable to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve your goals.
You have experience and appetite for ESG topics and willingness to make organization moving forward.
You like to innovate and propose new solutions.
You have project management skills.
You are fluent in English Other languages such as Mandarin, French, Bulgarian is an asset.
