Purchasing Manager / Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor & ensure healthy stock level
Issue Purchase Orders promptly to prevent OOS issues
Track orders and ensure timely deliveries
Source potential suppliers and new products
Negotiate the best trading terms and product costs
Prepare and propose attractive monthly promotion plans
Conduct research and forecast the current market demand
Support other tasks related to purchasing activities
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Management or equivalent
Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to deal with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply
FMCG buying experience is an added advantage
Strong communication and excellent business presentation skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
