Purchasing Officer

**Position: PURCHASING OFFICER****Responsibility**:- Assists the Purchasing Manager in material sourcing, payment terms and pricing negotiation.- Processes and generates purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and other purchasing-related documents to customers.- Performs supplier benchmarking and price comparison analysis to ensure goods and services engaged are of acceptable quality and at a reasonable cost.- Follows up with the suppliers on the delivery status and updates respective parties on the status.- Attend to the situations such as shortage of allocation, quality issues, late deliveries and other issues related to the supplier.- Maintains systematic filling or recording for smooth data retrieving and is in compliance with ISO certification requirements.**Requirement**:- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or any other fields- 1 - 2 years working experience- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is preferred**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
