**Responsibilities**:- Preparing materials purchase order and reconcile purchase order against supplier deliver order and invoices.- To liaise with maintenance/ production departments on stock requisition.- To perform purchasing work for engineering materials services including material sourcing, negotiation and order tracking of the company.- To ensure and maintain an efficient purchasing system within the company.- Compile and prepare weekly/monthly report or documentation for all purchasing and related activities.- To liaise with logistic company for prompt delivery of materials.- To liaise with sub-con for required works-in-progress.- Responsible of planning activity both raw material requirement to meet production schedule.- To coordinate and cooperate with the departments for all the purchasing needs.**Job Requirements**:- Computer literate- Required language(s): Chinese, English or Bahasa Malaysia.- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Tinggi.- Purchaser must be good in negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, responsible and positive.- Independent and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking environment.- Preferably Executives with mechanical background specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material or equivalent.- One Full-Time position available.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kota Tinggi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Purchasing: 3 years (required)
