Job Description Assist in collecting purchase requests, preparing purchase orders, tracking purchases and supplies, and handling order inquiries. Assist in comparing prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid, track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders, and calculate relevant costs. Data entry in the system. Audit stock count for inventory materials& Fixed Asset To perform ad-hoc functions assigned from time to time. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Supply Chain/ Procurement /Business Administration/Business Studies or equivalent. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word Independent and good communication skills A good team player, proactive and self- motivated. Skills Data Entry
