Qualifications & ExperienceCandidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (required)
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients & suppliers.
Minimum two (2) years relevant working experience
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the best price, quality, and lead times for purchased materials based on forecasts or requests
Preparing and issuing purchase orders and contracts in accordance with procurement specifications
Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible value for the organization
Maintaining records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
