Purchasing Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities: 
Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company's SOPSource and procure raw materials or equipment according to requirementsLiaise and build good relationship with suppliers and internal team and other departmentsNegotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with quality requiredGenerate purchase order and forward to respective suppliersExpedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production and projectMaintain database- update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company's SOPPrepare and distribute procurement and delivery report to respective department timelyKeep abreast of market/price situation and conduct regular price comparisonLiaise with Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectivenessTaking responsibility for purchasing of goods during all stages from material requisition (MR) till purchase order (PO) closed in the systemSubmit weekly report to manager/superior reflecting accurate update on goods purchased and highlighting any issuesPerform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager 

RequirementsAt least 3 years working experience in Purchasing/Procurement or relevant field Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain/Business Admin or any related field Experience in F&B industry will be added advantageNegotiation, Analytical and Communication SkillsRelevant knowledge in Purchasing Software
