Purchasing Specialist (Make Up And Personal Care)

Job Requirements: Product Sourcing & Negotiation: Expertly identify and source high-quality products while negotiating the best possible deals with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and value.Order & Inventory Management: Efficiently update and maintain comprehensive records for all orders, payments, and received stock. Conduct thorough inspections of inventory, promptly addressing and reporting any defective items to ensure quality control.Usage Analysis: Perform detailed evaluations of product usage results to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic sourcing decisions and optimize inventory management.Additional Responsibilities: Undertake a variety of other tasks as assigned, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process and supporting the overall goals of the organization. Job Qualifications: Must minimal Bachelor's Degree.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.High level of communication & negotiation skills, good analytical & numerical skills, good organizational & planning skills and can work under pressure.Confident, smart personality who will be responsible, energetic and friendly person.English is a must (Spoken & Written), Mandarin will be plusAble to join immediately will be an advantage.
