Open Position: Purchasing Specialist (MNC Food Packaging Company) A MNC Food Packaging Company is looking for Purchasing Specialist to lead purchasing and negotiation activities to be based in Selangor plant. Key requirements include: ·       Responsible for all activities of purchasing including negotiation and managing raw materials on time. ·       Work with other departments like Production to make sure materials and tools are used effectively. ·       Communicate with suppliers to ensure availability of raw materials for Production to run. ·       Ensure safety stock levels are met by working with Warehouse. ·       Keep track of quality and delivery of suppliers and ensure they are of highest standards. ·       Ensure cost competitiveness by having effective negotiations steps. ·       More than 5 years in manufacturing environment or FMCG. ·       Strong negotiation skills and good in inventory management.
