Qa Assistant

Responsibilities:
To monitor raw material, packaging material, processing and quality control in production.
To control all inspection activities for production.
To alert superior if quality problems are detected.
To perform any other tasks as required by superior from time to time.
To monitor and verify the effectiveness of all cleaning activities in production.
Responsible for chemical, physical and sensory evaluation on finished product and raw material.
Perform on-line checking of in-process product quality prior to packing.
Monitor calibration status of equipment in production.
To comply with Delisauce procedures for food safety, integrity and quality.
Subject to other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Secondary education SPM and above.
Training - HACCP Food Safety System - Food Handling Training.
Experience - Minimum 2-year experience in related field.
