Job Scope:
Assist in handling customer complaints by investigating & analyzing them and administering corrective actions.
Assist in handling suppliers' quality problems & administering corrective actions.
Report the quality situation to the superior.
Ensure the tasks done by subordinates are carried out smoothly.
Assist all activities, procedures, and systems in the department.
Data analysis and provide necessary improvements where needed.
Provide training to subordinates in relation to job functions and guide them in operator training.
Assist in setting up procedures & systems especially for new products.
Ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly materials.
Segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
