ResponsibilitiesCarrying out inspections and checking and performing machine buyoff according to customer specifications and internal set requirements.
Evaluate, investigate, track, and complete nonconformity feedback through effective and established corrective action handling processes.
Ensure accurate documentation of evaluation and investigation results with the assigned corrective action records.
Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.
Update the internal concerned team in a timely manner regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required.
Communicate with other departments to review nonconformity responses, verify records, and perform corrective action effectiveness closure verification.
Timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, as well as assisting with other audit matters and projects.
Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved factory quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the Company from time to time with on-time full closure.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is preferred or with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Systems knowledge and familiarity (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
Customer quality assurance and previous audit experience.
Good working knowledge in SPC and problem-solving.
Ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and organizational skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
