The Quality Engineer ensures all components delivered from a supplier follow manufacturing specifications and company standards.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:IQC & MQC: Develop and ensure conducting the incoming inspections per the defined sampling plan of the parts / machining parts Ensure part inspection in accordance with dimensions, cosmetic, finishing as well as functional requirements.
Ensure all IQC and machine processes are completed as required.
Developing and maintaining incoming inspection documentations.
Reporting daily incoming inspection data and triggering MRB for review on the disposition and improvement Ensuring inspection equipment and/or jigs are calibrated, maintained, and working correctly.
Coordinate the items activation process Supplier Quality : Maintain the supplier qualification status and lead the supplier audit Drive supplier quality improvement on supplied parts and documentation Audit: Support internal and external audits program as per assign schedule Others: Other duties which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
Making continuous improvements support on S, SGIA, Cost Saving and AI project relate to job process or cross function process.
Support plant safety improvement activity Initiates actions to prevent occurrence of non-conformance and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum years working experience in manufacturing operations.
Knowledge in quality system (ISO), and quality control techniques.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering related field Has the ability to analyze and develop solutions.
Have effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadline.
